Tiny Tots

Age: 4-7

The Tiny Tots class focuses balance, flexibility, coordination, strength and teamwork. This will be held Tuesdays and Thursday at 5. Bring water and form fitting clothes.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a dynamic combat sport that combines elements of boxing and martial arts, emphasizing powerful punches and kicks. It provides a rigorous workout while promoting discipline and self-defense skills, making it a popular choice for both fitness enthusiasts and martial arts practitioners.

Open Mat

You can come and do whatever you want, most people do No Gi Jiu Jitsu at 410 on Saturdays.

Judo

Judo is all about using leverage to throw or trip our opposition. For Judo you will need a Gi!

Boxing

Boxing is the most popular striking art in America. Learning how to strike with your upper body is going to be essential to your martial arts expertise. Wraps, mouthpiece and 16 oz gloves if you have them. Boxing shoes are permitted provided they only touch the mats.

Adult No Gi Jiu Jitsu

This will be much like the Adult Gi Jiu Jitsu but will involve No Gi hence the name “No Gi” and we will wear Compression shirts and fight shorts. No pockets if it can be helped.

Adult Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu is the fastest growing martial art in the world. It is grappling, submission-based ground fighting. For this class you will need to purchase a Gi but if you are doing the trial, there will be some in the gym for you to use.

Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Age: from 8

Teaching the youth to defend themselves, how to be disciplined, how to work with others and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle is best learned young.  We will have multiple instructors on the mat whenever we can to ensure the children get as much attention as possible. There are many years of youth instruction among our ranks and this program is the right program for your kids.
